Do you guys remember what I shared last time in the same topic?
Last time, I introduced about 'Kuih Tepung Talam Gula Melaka' and 'Kuih Tepung Talam Pandan'.
Also, I shared recipes for both of them. I hope you guys have tried it.
This time I would like to continue where I left.
Let me ask you guys a question. Do you agree that the evolution in food occurs due to human preferences and the desire to try something new? I think it is yes.
Nowadays there are many foods appeared with new appearances compare to the original. For example, originally, nasi lemak is basically coconut rice, sambal, boiled egg, fried anchovies and cucumber.
Nowadays, you can get nasi lemak with a variety of condiments such as 'ayam goreng berempah'. 'rendang ayam/daging' and etc. People, with their efforts and creativity, they had caused new variation of 'kuih tepung talam' in terms of flavours and appearances.
