⏩source of lighting = sunlight.

⥤the colour especially components/elements           with white colour turn slightly orange due
    to the sunlight.
⥤less vibrant
⥤the picture less brighter
⥤the mood of the picture is gloomy
⥤the picture has less luminosity effect.
⏩ source of lighting = sunlight + phone torchlight.

 ⥤the real colour of the components/or elements     in the picture showed.
⥤more vibrant.
⥤the picture more brighter.
⥤the mood of the pictures is refreshing.
⥤the lighting gives greater luminosity.

Assalamualaikum @ Peace be upon you.  Today, Budak Dapur will introduce you about 'kuih tepung talam gula melaka'. One of the Malaysians 🇲🇾 all time favourite Malay's dessert.  Tepung talam known for it tastes, sweet, salty & creamy. The sweetness came from the palm sugar(gula melaka) and the creaminess is from the coconut milk. Usually, tepung talam has two layer. The white and darker layer. The colour of the layer depend on the ingredients used. There is also people that use screw pine leaves to substitute the palm sugar to give difference colour. Thus, it create a beautiful green layer. The dessert involve steaming as the cooking method. It is easy and not require any complicated method/technique in the preparation process. ASSALAMUALAIKUM @ PEACE BE UPON YOU. Do you ever heard about 'the eyes eat first'? A good picture presenting in the menu looks appetizing and attracting our desires to want to taste it. That is the power of well-taken pictures by a food photographer. I have done some analysis on a picture of pizza that I took from Google. I will describe the lighting, camera angle, props, colour combinations and etc. (source: Google) Lighting - It is important to make sure we have enough source of light in order to bring out the natural colour of the food. The food becomes more appealing and appetizing to the eyes. When the angle of the light source different, it could create shadow. Based on the picture, you could guess that they used one source of lighting only. They put it from just an angle and created shadows. The lighting gives a shining effect to the olives.
